No I have been watching his purchases since last spring. He bought over 30k shares through the end of summer. Through the slide down below 2 cents. Whether he is breaking a law I don't know but the biggest deviation I have seen is about 10% and he occasionally buys at the low price. I think he must have a setup where he is not paying a fee for each transaction. He believe he is the only employee who doesn't have sweet stock options and this is his way of trying to acquire ownership.
I think your letting your losses affect your ability to see the potential now. While we can't trust cooltech we can trust what we see...a functioning product, and craftsmans ind, a multimillion dollar company who has seen and is considering adopting their technology.
What Bibb is doing is inconsequential to price
