and that is why I do not hold this stock anymore. Lot of misleading stuff from mgt for many years now. Feel fortunate to have gotten out with a 10% overall loss.
I guess I would be more convinced of your argument if you can show some of these 100 share trades being made at lows of the day instead of highs. I disagree that what Bibb is doing is inconsequential to price. He could buy 100K in one trade for a dime or less (cost just $10K) at any time, yet he chooses to buy 100 shares at a time? Form 4 does not indicate the buys are part of an auto-buying program that's been setup but rather are open mkt buys.
I would not buy this stock until they have a revenue producing deal DONE, not in the works as there have been many, many of those over the years.
