Very interesting. I hope there is something coming from a regulator and/or the DOJ, but they might have just discovered how dirty he is an no longer want the likely headaches he brings. Or they suspect something is (eventually) forthcoming from the Feds. Shell hijackings are never clean.

Adam Tracy is now a Prohibited Service Provider

That's no surprise and very good to see. Thanks for sharing.

The amount of shady transactions now surrounding Adam S Tracy and his law firm, Securities Compliance Group Ltd, has grown to an alarming amount.

Almost always an attorney is added to the prohibited attorney list because they were either named in litigation or because evidence exists that they participated in a questionable share issuance made to somebody who is banned from the penny stock market.

According to OTC markets, Tracy was added to the list because OTC Markets feels that Adam S Tracy is a "public interest concern".

Public Interest Concern is an under statement in my opinion. Tracy seems to be on a collision course with disaster.

So many of his shell hijacking deals have led to nothing but pump&dump activity, suspicious share issuances, inconsistent statements in the filings, questionable statements made in press releases and on social media, and lawsuits filed against Tracy. There are a lot of dirty names starting to show up involved in the Tracy custodianship shells as financiers and silent partners. Throw in Tracy's issues with the SEC for the alleged sham IPOs in which he participated and Tracy seems like a magnet for fraudulent activity.
