Yes, I hope it means news is on the way. But then Diane Dalmy was on the list for several years before the SEC made its move.

I called OTCMarkets to ask about it, though. The woman told me they did it because they felt there was a "public interest concern"; she was unwilling to be any more specific. I asked if there'd been any regulatory action; she said no, they'd conducted their own investigation.

But then if there were an unannounced regulatory action, I doubt she'd have told me.
