US has 50 states as I know, CA is 1 of them, everybody is stuck to CA like its the only state bringing the revenue. Even if add 3 other states and Update us about its a News not Fluff PR. Look at MJ legalization every state counts - right?
If we were on regular Exchange we would be more relaxed but on OTC, no rules, bottom feeders , so people are scared even if you find a pearl on the bottom of the sea.

Shareholders need to take over the shorts on the ask going forward and take ICNB back solid into the .02's and then she will run with a triple bottom in. A lot of money left here in the past week during the shakeout to go chase some trash penny stock scams. When it comes back into ICNB silver coins will hit very fast IMO.
