Why would intel use 2FA with both $ACS/SFOR and with DUO!!

Intel doesn't "use" anything. They sell a CPU to PC OEM's. The OEM's (like Lenovo, Dell, HP) build PC's and place the Intel CPU on the motherboard. The PC is then sold to the end consumer.

Anything can be run on that PC as long as the software was coded to run on it. If Intel offers some new utilities that help security, they let the software community at large know about it. They even offer design help on how to write the software to take advantage of the utilities.

Intel doesn't care who makes the software that runs on the PC's that contain their CPU's. They are agnostic. ANYONE can do it. They only care that the software runs properly.

Are you then implying that Intel is on the soon to be released list of IP infringers to be sued next? That would be great if they are IMHO! Intel has deep pockets and if sued might just buy SFOR out.
