Someone here,previously posted that DUO or TrustWave or Centrify was working with Intel,,,, ,,,but I don't remember what kind of bussines was being transacted!!
However,I Highly Doubt that Intel can be taken to Court by SFOR,,,,Intel is a likely Customer to $SFOR Via $ACS,,,

But the Topic that was being discussed here is that:
We don't see DUO facing an injuction,,,they are quiet and in hiding from Court proceedings!!!
