That's not true. Many traders have 5 dec trading. All brokers have 6 dec trading. Anytime you feel you're stuck on a stock like TCEL, you can call your broker and place a 5 or 6 dec trade. Most will charge you for a "broker assisted order".

Yes, u r correct, a seller has to have a buyer or there's no transaction.

They do make markets though sometimes. I had an order in for awhile and one day 500k went thru but not the rest. Then 9M went thru several days later.

GLTA. I don't think TCEL will make a recovery though IMO.
