Here is my issue.

When someone wants to sell TCEL even at .0001

There most be a buyer willing to buy it.

You may have sold your shares the other day but to do that someone had to buy at that price.

So let say like today there were 25 million offer at 0001.

Someone had to be willing to buy them

Market Makers do not have to buy just because there a Market Makers and there in the business to make money and some of the trades were by a Market Makers for sure because of the #'s.
Retailers like us can not sell at the 5 number like 00015 or 00018 ect.

Retail trades like us in order to sell for us small guys can only be in the 4#'s like 0001 0r 0002
we can not put in orders to sell TCEL at 00015 etc.

So some please tell me Why a Market Maker would by TCel if then do not think it can go up and there the only buyers right now..
