Sorry but according to Bill TPAC is non reporting and is not required to file SEC filings.

Filing a 10F would have to be something Bill took the time to supply shareholders. We all know Bill is very busy spending shareholders money and does not have time for the meaningless paperwork just to appease the pot stirrers.

The thing is, Bill would still fail to file the form 10-FAIL on time. LOL!!
