Sorry but according to Bill TPAC is non reporting and is not required to file SEC filings

He claims to be a busy busy man, working on those "Boeing" deals for how many years now? Yet no contracts with them, ever.

As for non-reporting, I must have failed to see that William filed a form 15. Not that his failing to file it would be surprising, but can anyone provide where he's filed the form 15 to terminate TPAC's registration?
