Word games only go so far. Exercised warrants will generate mummies for $YIPI. And increases in o/s means very little to adversely effect trading when the the float doesn't change. And $YIPI float hasn't changed in over 3 years. Still 9m :-)

I believe when you exercise a warrant you are buying the share from the company at an agreed price.
