Oh my, pure nonsense. The CCEJ update was quite explanatory, SHOM's Coke PR was a ruse. As CCEJ stated the SHOM PR WAS NOT BASED IN FACT, NO SUCH CONTRACT EXISTS.

They Told SHOM to stop posting the FALSE PR. CCEJ also stated they were notifying the SEC for the FRAUDULENT use of their name.

Don't know how much clearer it can get.

In case there's any confusion, SHOM did NOT "correct" the PR on their own, they were FORCED to do so. Coca Cola East Japan said the first PR was a lie. The fact that SHOM ISSUED A FOLLOWUP is immaterial - SHOM was Pumped and Dumped for a WEEK LONG SPAN,

NEVER "correcting" a single word, on what SHOM either knew, or should have known, was FALSE. That is securities fraud.

FYI, street losses due to the Fraudulent SHOM PR were estimated to be in the range of $4 - $5 million dollars.

Tony I get what you're saying but here is what they sent me on Dec 13th when I asked about the corrected PR and I also think it is pretty clear.
