Jet, I understand your being sincere but if I'm correct, you asked CCEJ if they "PURCHASED" 3000 units. And they rightfully said they didn't purchase 3000 units. And they also said "at this time" they aren't testing anything.. well that email was from the 13th as you stated..

In SHOM'S PR they clearly state in the PR from the 9th that they recieved payment and were shipping out the units the following week.

So it's pretty clear to me that when they sent you that email on the 13th that CCEJ didn't have any units to test at that time.
