Tony I get what you're saying but here is what they sent me on Dec 13th when I asked about the corrected PR and I also think it is pretty clear.

CCEJ is NOT testing any such wearable devices at this time with the drivers. Also, CCEJ is NOT purchasing 3000 of the units for testing via any agent.
