It would be easier in a family business. A lot of overhead & red tape with though. Get a food truck & sell it at venues. Like the movie CHEF Great flick.

Next time I make those Boston baked beans think I will thicken them up a bit with flour and water or corn starch and water and soak up the bean juice with the homemade wheat bread, mmm mmm hog heaven. LOL
