once owned a company with over 75 employees, never again. My oldest son is still lacking direction and loves to cook also, i'm just waiting for him to have the idea lol. Overhead is not scary, fact is i love the tax advantages:-D

Been told food trucks real hard. Have to cook twice- once at shop and later in truck.
Big investment, licensing, permits..
