I've done a few spreadsheets on what I think 'might' be the cash flow BIEL could kick up as an M&A target. By then doing the Cap Rate calculation and factoring in increasing, or stabilizing, an existing market-share strategic control position in the pain space and it shakes out as a substantial acquisition, good for all concerned, given what each party may bring to the marriage or relationship and one I daresay that would be highly inappropriate to divulge further on in this forum. It's what I do for fun and a living. It's a sizable number and it's higher than you posed. You must do your own due diligence and form your own opinions entirely based upon that due diligence, rather than relying in any way on anything I may provide, since I do not act for you in any way as an advisor or consultant.
