I read it as saying that whatever was concerning the FDA about the trial to the point where they impose a screening halt they have now resolved and are no longer concerned right?

By "resolved", do you mean that NWBO has agreed to terminate enrollment and thus there is mo more need for the FDA to impose a partial hold?

If so, you are correct.

If you think this implies the underlying issue has been resolved, that would be incorrect.

Totally agree. I am on record as thinking it was of sorts a 'red herring' in any case as all along Linda had said it "was not necessarily a bad thing" and patients continued to get treated. Not quite the 'doom and gloom' scenario painted by the 'naysayers' was it ? lol but not surprised. Things are finally coming together GLTA
