NWBO did not "agree" to terminate enrolment as well you know, NWBO CHOSE not to carry on with enrolment [ even if it was at a later date] NWBO made that decision also, by virtue of the fact the FDA has lifted it means that the issue has been resolved otherwise they would not have lifted it.
