My opinion is these guys are alot smarter than me.

I'm sure they have good council, and there must be something us ihub laymen aren't seeing.

Some want to say that means this is a SCAM.

They can say that.

But then they MUST know EVERY SINGLE LOOPHOLE afforded companies in these RM/RS/PRIVATE TO PUBLIC/DUAL LATE FILING STATUS situations to say it with AUTHORITY.
