I Believe Moving To Larger Exchange Is Expedient (Even If We Have To Have A Reverse Split.)

I've Seen Many Stocks Skyrocket When Moved To AMEX.

I think part of it is small time traders that need to bail out the same day they got in so they are willing to sell for anything they can get, and without buying pressure the price will drop faster and on less volume than it went up. No bid support = rapid drop. IMO we should be able to take back at least some of those gains tomorrow and make a visit to the mid-upper .30's, now that a lot of the same-day daytrader selling pressure is gone.

Craig ... TCLL has not yet hired an IR firm to represent them to otcbb ...

TCLL has only been listed otcbb since 2/6/06 ...

Its too soon to move to a new exchange ...
more has to be worked out for a powerful profile to go to a bigger better exchange ...

Yes .. its a good idea and someday TCLL will move to a big exchange and the board of directors & Alan are looking it over very strongly with favorable opinions from the one's I have talked with about it ....

But its much too soon and the company is working on much more important details ...

A stock split to a new exchange is a very very bad idea ...

First you have to take in consideration the stability of long term holders looking for full value then the reduction of float stagnating the stock on a board where they are unknown with consideration TCLL is not fortune 500 yet and not CELL with largest business in the world in the sector ... CELL increases shares to get price movement in nasdaq where shorting is a way of life gets to get movement ... breath the wrong day and lose a bundle in value ... you would get better value % profit giving an extra share for every 3 to TCLL dropping a little bit and coming back a lot on volatility volume ...

If you talk to your broker for example you will find out the benifits of otcbb in regards to short selling ... Ameritrade for example does not allow short selling on otcbb & pinks .. now nasdaq and other exchanges can short anytime shares are availiable if they are marginable ... mm's have a weird sacred rite to short anytime even if its not in their inventory like you may have seen some of it today from some players likle SBSH (Citigroup0 only trading 232,909 of TCLL all year and BNCH not trading TCLL all year .... Rumor has it in the future no one even mm's can short a stock that is not marginable ...

Don't worry about your investment ...
its all being worked out by professionals ...

You'll have an IR to talk with soon who represents the company to its exchange for shareholder value ...

Look at the .35 strong base, thats todays value by trading standards which many times does not speak the full value and in this case you are worth a lot more and your day will come soon enough ... a new year high and not many shares traded hands on the low level compared to the high .. real good sign of strong long holders feeling secure with the numbers and future of the company ... great percentage own shares at .35 average on a 4.4m volume day ...
