angelhill...

this post of yours that i'm responding to concerns me a bit. after watching today's price action, do you still truly believe what you said last night?

"I have noticed some posts recently had stated context to TCLL moving to another exchange to a point of hyper undervalued splits in what seems to be idiotees & oddities of fatigue of certain individuals who may be suffering from long exposure to MM Level II shakes & wait relativity proper value pps ..."

yes, i was one of those "idiotees" this weekend that suggested tcll considers a reverse split to get off the otc exchange as soon as possible. do you really believe the otc is a desired exchange to be on? the nasdaq and amex exchanges are electronic exchanges without corrupt market makers that manipulate stocks as they please. it is a rigged game on the otc. period.

"(7) 1ST OF ALL YOU GUYS JUST DON"T WANT TO MOVE ONTO A BIG CRAZY EXCHANGE UNKNOWN AND HAVE TO DEAL IN FULL FORCE WITH ANYTIME MM & FREE LANCE SHORT SELLING THAT WITH MOST BROKERAGE FIRMS IS LEGAL NOW TO A $1.00 ..."

why not? the "big crazy exchange unknown" is the preferred choice of fortune 500 companies because it prevents the exact things you describe, such as "free lance short selling". would you prefer tcll stays where brokerage corruption via naked short selling, price manipulation and backroom deals runs rampant?

think of the volume this morning when the stock opened at $0.345 and reached $0.38 by 11am, then think of the volume over the remainder of the session when the price dropped from $0.38 to $0.31. which was greater? was the drop justified? the bottom line is the otc is not a level playing field.

i hope you can see this and understand that getting off the otc should be a priority for tcll.

regards,

craig.
