No, you don't understand patent assignments (see below).

A patent assignment can get complicated. It can be the transfer of a your entire ownership interest or a percentage of your ownership interest in the patent.

REVO did not assign total ownership of its patents to Eyetalk365 it was only a partial assignment, so that Eyetalk could pursue patent infringers.

If Ross Helfer and Eyetalk365 own the REVO patents where are the documents stating this on USPTO.com???
