You've proved that you don't understand patents, riskreward.

Can you own a house or car without owning the title? No, it's impossible.

You,clearly don't understand the difference between freehold and leasehold title.

Most houses are owned with a freehold title, which grants ownership rights for an unlimited time.

A patent is not a freehold. Ownership rights do not run for an unlimited time. A patent is comparable to a leasehold title, because it grants rights for a limited time.

If REVO has a 25 years lease (from the USPTO), and assigns that lease to Eyetalk365 then Eyetalk365, effectively, owns the lease.

Simple.
