They control the timing of everything...tech announcements, promotions, LOIs, MOUs, cross trades, wash trades, A/S increases, reverse splits and the writing of 10 years worth of toxic debentures.
A Retail player thinking he can outsmart them is the equivalent of thinking he can get 4 buddies together from his gym and beat the LA Lakers in a basketball game LOL.
With volume increasing the last three days.(small though it may be) The increase in price may be only due to technical bargain hunters or wishful thinkers that have a few bucks. Todays volume so far is lower than the last three days. Next week will be interesting, Bid volume at the moment is now exceeding Ask volume....
