I suppose all sorts of people are alleged to be infringing. But Google is special because of the sticky notes, and the allegation that they violated an NDA.

If I've got the timing right, Google bought a company with tech. Then ripped Vedanti off, and then put out the code with modifications contrary to the NDA, leaving smoking guns in the stickies and in the code itself. Which is open source.
