I doubt the post-it notes are authentic notes from Google. The accusations, added up, just don't make sense.

Even if everything MAXD says is authentic, suing Google first simply because of a grudge is extremely negligent of management. The smart play is to take the safe money first, and THEN start fighting more and more difficult battles.
