There was another time when they avoided bankruptcy and paid For Debt with F stock. About the same time as you mentioned.
Ford has not paid out that stock and has not paid dividends on that so far.
MULALLYS IDEA. NOT FULFILLED BY FORD MANAGEMENT!!!??
