This time company change strategy usually X-div date and earnings date were almost same and many play short on X-div so earning momentum will break and it keep slipping.

Lets see what happen this time.

I think till they buy 1 Billion shares back it will decline slowly
by issuing shares to union they created a huge dilution back when they avoid bankruptcy. If 25 % earning is use to invest in new investments and with that investments profit a permanent buy back program can be created. This will give them access to capital if they need in future. Plus reduce supply of shares in market.
This plan announcement will make it Jump to 18 + area.
I could not believe how dumb is management some time, they have huge cash which is giving them almost nothing in interest.
That cash can generate significant profit for buy back.
