I think the point has been missed that if the tech was viable or commercially relevant he wouldnt need dilution via Toxic Notes.

There would be a line of people willing to participate in a PP.

I mean really..

Larry has taken the darkest path towards keeping the lights on.. and that is indicative of the fact he has nobody willing to legitimately keep this afloat with personal investment.
