Not true, Larry has used convertible debt to avoid share dilution as bridge funding, to keep the OS share volume low for 8 years now. Not bad as the shares issued since the 2008 IPO has been held down to about 85 mil shares, or about 10 mil shares per year for 8 years. Probably an OTC stock record. He also scored a revenue deal with Alstom, now GE-Partner that scored about 1 mil dollars in revenue between 2014 and 2015. Investors beat the door down in 2014 and funded MVTG with a private offering of about $1,700,000 dollars at prices up to .40/share.
