OK, I'll ask again. Where does it say that Vert cannot sell converted shares until the maturity date?

I'm not saying they will convert and sell or that they will even convert at all. I've just never heard of a condition like this before with a convertible note so would like to see confirmation of what you say because that would be a very positive thing.

Nice DD - esp the profitability part. I'm not seeing the good credit rating though. Does someone have a link for that?

Inaccurate information. FIVE MILLION DOLLAR 70% Convertible note can be Converted at any time. Also inaccurate, Pixelmags shows they paid a Corporate Tax to Delaware, not a State Income Tax. Filings also show Pixelmags was Delinquent in paying Corporate tax.
