Fact MCIG Has 0 NV MME Certificate.

They missed the August 2014 MME application deadline.

Since 2014, MCIG has ALREADY FAILED to purchase a NV MME Certificate. FACT.

This is confirmed by the last CC
http://mcig.org/quarterly-conference-call-recordings/

In NV, there is no such thing as an "MME Agent Certificate". FACT.

MME Certificates Are REQUIRED To Sell Marijuana.

http://dpbh.nv.gov/Reg/MME/MME_-_Home/

Call Pam Graber at 775-684-3487.

The State of Nevada Awards Final and Provisional Certificates to Medical Marijuana Establishments (Cultivators, Producers, MJ Dispensories, and labs).

The State of Nevada registers individual Agents unique Agent IDs. An Agent ID is NOT an MME Certificate. The Agent ID has to be a volunteer or worker of a specific MME, is NOT transferable, and is revocable by the State of Nevada.

Individual workers (contracted or employees) can only work or acquire an AGENT ID for an MME Certificate holder. At the end of the day, a business entity MUST have an MME Certificate.

FACT.

Regarding an MME Agent Certificates we see more made up BS. Any company can partner with a registered Nevada MME holder to act as their agent with very little hassle or expense. TRTC is doing just that with their IVXX MJ Cigarette product. Nevada's MJ statutes clearly allow companies and their employees to hold Agent Certificates. Anyone who has any doubts should follow the links to see the wording in the statutes...
~Les spinning the fact that MCIG doesn't have a Nevada MME certificates. In addition, there is 0 evidence that MCIG has contracted any MCIG employees to be an AGENT for any MME Certificate holder. FACT.

mCig hasn't gone forward with Rollies because the rolling machine they ordered from a Polish manufacturer couldn't handle the load. mCig did some research and designed a new machine which they are having built in China. It's currently undergoing testing and should be ready shortly.

so they PR'd and betted a lot of revenue and success of their company on a product that they did little to no r&d or testing on?

YOu can't make this up folks and this is the response we get? After saying Rollies were gonna launch in summer 16?

I'm actually shocked you even posted that response.

rflmao tested and FAILED

I'm not going to do your DD for you but MCIG stated that they were planning on additional testing in NY and or MA.

We went through this les and I proved they couldn't do what you were talking about, and they obviously had zero employees registered with the state. You want to speculate, fine, but that's the problem with your arguments. It's the pro mcig arguments that need real meat. You are wildly speculating to try to shift blame away from mcig. It's all the time.
