You neglected to mention the letters to a dozen high ranking generals,admirals & senior civilians at the Pentagon & USCG HQ and in D.C I know of no "contract in the works". What I know is that ACS presented SFOR's solution to the DOD mobile device COMSEC problem to the DOD/CIO. It is his office that will determine which of the several vendors that presented get a "contract in the works" following the opening of their sealed bids. All this cannot be done until the US Treasury transfers funds to the DOD on 1/1/17 due to the suspense date of the passed legislation, H.R. 5293-DOD Appropriations Act. That is how the DOD procurement cycle works and create "contracts in the works" these things take time!
All this talk of the DOD and SFOR is a disgrace to our military! To think that it is military grade is laughable! Somewhere a staffer in the DOD is throwing a letter away!
