Nope! That staffer booked the presentation by ACS to the DOD/CIO on the SFOR solution to their mobile device COMSEC problem. It's already happened. In accordance with legislation passed by Congress on the behest of the SBA to give small business a chance to compete for DOD dollars SFOR HAD to be considered.
