sure....but for now the timetable has been set to Nov /Dec 2017?? ...sorry date is on pacermonitor...But also the fact that these cases were grouped into one shows the complaints the infringers have are not on the patent, but most likely settlement amounts...Zpaul did provide documentation that spoke about settlement agreements being brought in as part of the discovery process....if they had agreed or proposed a settlement ...shows they admit guilt, and delaying the lawsuit will only cost them more....the ball is in their court jmho

There's also the possibility that this growing company will be profitable in a short time and can stay in the lawsuit no matter how long they try to drag it out. To drag it out also means going all the way to a trail and if SFOR wins then that's would pay treble big time.
