True ...but that may be viewed as greed and the court system may not be that helpful at times, if a reasonable offer....which is a subjective view... is offered....as people grow older they dont fight and quarrel ...they negotiate and iron things out....hope this will be the case here

Some of the deals they have been "working on" for years would have to finalize and start paying next month. Not a little, alot!!!
Not going to happen. Srry. look for the most probable outcome. Those deals will be "still in the works" like they have been for years. Lawsuit money if any could take years... funding runs out next q. Dilution R/S time after that.
