PP even suggests they would offer further extensions. The judge has not agreed to the Feb 23 extension, PP makes it sound like a done deal. That is pretty deceptive on their part.
In my view, we are dealing with the absolute scum of the earth. I trust the equity holders committee, the Judge, and the US Trustee will hold any criminals accountable.
If any of these people were involved in deceiving shareholders, they should be held accountable.... McGann, Liscouski, Turmelle, Duschenese, Platinum Partners, DMRJ.
