"So I do not expect that I would entertain a further extension."

PP's argument is that the equity committee should pump the breaks because PP has agreed to another extension.

Here is a great footnote from PP's motion:

" Even if the Court were not willing to extend the Challenge Period Deadline, there is still no reason to expedite the Standing Motion. The Challenge Period does not run until January 23rd, a month after the Equity Committee filed the Standing Motion. Given that the Equity Committee has a draft complaint drafted and attached to the Standing."

How nice of PP to offer us something that the judge has said he would probably not allow. It's also nice for them to ignore the 21 day notice deadline the committee faced for requesting additional standing. And they are requesting an expedited process by THREE DAYS - yet PP is acting like it is a month.
