Yep. They offered an extension, that the Court has not approved, and then act like it is crazy that the EC submitted their motion ONE DAY BEFORE THE COURT APPROVED DEADLINE.
It's also really deceptive because they worked over the holidays (when they could have waited) to file their objection just so they could make the argument that "the Court said they didn't want us to work over the holidays!!".
