I will agree with you and say that yes commons are usually wiped out in a Bk.How ever until it has been officially put in writing no one can say with certainty that they have Now I'm not argueing With you that in this case with the parent Company that commons won't see any of that but this is far from over . As it stands right right now sunedison still has to disclose what it has as far as assetts. They need to make a proper determination as to how much it has and how much it owes so that we can see if there is any equity left for share holders . Now it's no secret that they are holding out on us with that information . I wonder why what are they hiding ? . The oec and the other issues that are being addressed by the share holders will hopefully get us the answers we need. I have been through many bks and yes in almost all cases the share holders get nothing. I've also seen bks who were in supposedly much worse shape and the commons survived . Bks were there is some shady things going on usually have a better chance at commons receiving something because if they can prove the company usually bows down . I can't stress this enough that until a POR is written out with all the specifics I will never say that shareholders will get nothing . I'm not trying to get into a verbal disagreement with anyone . All I'm doing is laying out some facts based on previous experiences . Bks are a gamble and no one should ever bet the farm on it but they can also be very rewarding which is why we are all here . Some things look forward to is progress on shareholders side as far as getting a oec and having a seat at the table as they say .
