The market cap has dropped from 1,75B in 2013 to 309M now.
The employees won't//can't give a value to their 1.77M free shares.
KKR won't provide us a M/A candidate, but they do with everybody else. Apparently they plan to short us.

How can anything ever happen with this low market cap anyway? I don't get it Apparently this warrant business was just us searching for another excuse for the PPS drop in this mismanaged mess.
