TC, The context I used it is appropriate. This debate that Turtle and I have been having has been going on for months. And it is about a stock that has used R/S to uplist. When I replied to you about my me rather see company's to use a R/S to stay on the Nasdaq verses go to OTC he brought up our debate from another board over it, in what I found to be a repeatedly disrespectful way. Much of our debate on that board was deleted. I have asked him many times to stop.

I personally think that this stock has a very strong shareholder base. Sure folks could have sold out of a $60 million market cap. And maybe the market cap would have dropped to $30 mm if that occurred and it didn't recover before they they needed to raise funds; then yes subsequent raises would be done at haircut of a market cap. And if that occurred than it would mean, as an example, something like a $120 mm market cap would be necessary to see the same pre-split stock price. I happen to think that on this stock that $120 market cap would come again. And so, no probably wouldn't be selling out my shares to try to catch the $30 mm. Instead I would have deployed a strategy to take advantage of the drop.

And didn't forget, if they choose to not split authorized (which usually happens with penny stocks) the old shareholders who fronted all the trials/research, are in essence losing their ownership...being diluted.

It's critical investors understand this principle.
