100% AGREE . R/S are fundamentally viewed as negative remedies esp. with small risky bios, pennys and micros. In NWBO's case, taking EVERYTHING into consideration (cash flow, current pps, current tutes and especially Neil Woodford)..... an R/S would be a TOTAL disaster. Only day traders ( unlike me) who get in and out quick and are not long, are the ONLY ones that will benefit with a R/S if they are very good with technicals.
