Agree. R/S-especially 50-1--is the worst possible event for shareholders. With the voluntary delisting, we still maintain our original share count. When 10,000 shares become 200, my average share price goes to around $100.00 removing any possibility of making any money, short of a blockbuster announcement.
I have been hoping the company would voluntarily delist and they actually did--miracle. I am still bothered about the "special meeting" three days after the annual meeting that would have been held to institute a R/S had the delisting not occurred. Pretty sleazy, really, but for some reason, the company openly revealed this to us. Showing us how close we came to falling off the cliff, perhaps?
Bottom line, with the threat of R/S removed for now, I can breathe again.
