OTC verses R/S in NWBOs case they would have done a 50 to 1 and the SP would have been in the teens. so lets say at .19 a 50 to 1 would put the stock at 9.50 and every10000 shares would be come 200, with the short battle going on with nabob they would have crushed that price knowing we need cash and they would have many opportunities to get cover, lets not forget AF and what he would have done . Wether intended or not the OTC and avoiding the R/S was the right thing to do here in my opinion
