You are saying deal is NOT closed but company said in 8K release on 1st December that deal is CLOSED.

Whom to believe ?

I think the investors will like to believe what company is saying in 8K - LOL

Oh im sorry. I just searched for the word "charged"/"charge" in those newsletters and cant seem to find that. I found the word "accusing."

Can you tell my feeble mind how those two are the same?
