Until the r/s of 1 for 100 is approved by FINRA the deal hasn't been closed.

Does Vc2 Capital and Weiss not get shares with the deal? they would not still be involved here? Michael Pope apparently has a long term working relationship with Weiss as pointed out with those FRAUD charges.

Actually I found it interesting that Stephen Weiss email appeared. I know his name has come up before on the DD board at some point. Who did that poster email for Weiss to respond?
