Lee Balak is too busy printing shares 24 hours a day to bother with getting financing or making batteries. We have heard his BS for almost six years. If the battery is as good as advertised, why won't an OEM manufacture it? That is the only question that needs to be answered. Excuses, excuses. According to Peter and LB, it is always someone else's fault. These clowns should be ashamed. When all is said and done, I hope those responsible for this mess get theirs in the judicial system.

I'd be careful about buying in just yet, Ken. Alvin Snaper (one P) is a force to be reckoned with, for certain and the technology has always been more-or-less accepted as some pretty fine stuff. Our problem, as you have aptly described, is the shirtsleeves guy. In this instance, the dude's name is Lee Balak (Elbee for short). Run a "Google" on Lee Balak and you'll find an unremarkable background with some scrapes with the SEC. In addition, Mr. Snaper has a warrant out for his arrest for paying his rent on Snaper's building with rubber. Our shirtsleeves guy has been working (?) for six years now trying to get someone, anyone, interested.
